We recommend starting at $20/day, then scale based on how busy you want to be. You control the ad spend — we ensure it's working effectively.​

7. Do you guarantee results?

8. Do I need a Facebook page or Instagram account?

 Yes — but we help you set them up properly if you don’t have one. We’ll guide you through access, linking, and setup.​

9. How do I track my leads?

You’ll get access to the Tradie Pulse CRM, where every lead is tracked. The system sends automated follow-ups, quote reminders, and review requests — no chasing needed.

10. What platform do the leads come through?

We run Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) and connect all leads to your custom CRM. You get leads via email, SMS, and in the dashboard.​

11. Do I get to keep the ad account if I stop?

 Yes — it’s all yours to keep. We build everything under your business name so you maintain full control of your account and assets.​

12. Are the leads shared with other businesses?

 Never. These are your leads only. This isn’t HiPages or Airtasker — you’re not competing with 4 other quotes.​

13. Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No lock-in. Our setup is a one-time fee, and the full management is month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no hard feelings.​

14. What if I want to pause or stop my ads later?

You control your budget. You can pause your ads or your software subscription whenever you like. We're not locking you into anything.​

15. What if I’m not tech-savvy? Can I still use this?

Absolutely. This is built for simplicity. We do the heavy lifting — you just reply to leads when they come in. Plus, you get access to training & support.​

16. How do you target the right customers for my business?

 We customize everything — location, service type, and audience. Our system targets high-intent customers, not tyre kickers.​

17. How do I know this will work for my trade?

 We’ve worked with all types of tradies. As long as you provide a service people need.. and you can follow up leads quickly, the system can be tailored to you.​

18. Can I change my ads later on?

 If you’re on the management package, yes — we test and tweak weekly. If you're on the setup package, you’ll need to manage changes yourself or join our support group for guidance.
